Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legally valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and magie88 ("Platform", "We"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or by accessing any part of the magie88 website.

Membership Eligibility

Account Registration and Management

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the magie88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

magie88 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Required wagering: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,700 → Required wagering: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

The bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being closed and balances forfeited. magie88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus without prior notice if there is suspicion of misuse.

Game Rules

In the event of a technical issue during a game session that disrupts the game process, magie88 reserves the right to cancel the affected round and return the wager to the member's account. The outcome recorded by the game server is final and takes precedence over the display on the user's device.

Prohibitions and Restrictions

• Conducting money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Sharing account information or allowing another individual to use your account
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system errors

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and bonus balance, and legal action where necessary.

Account Closure and Suspension

magie88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following situations:
